I’m Lori, a Colorado-based photographer drawn to wild landscapes, meaningful travel, and the stories that unfold along the way.
My photography is rooted in exploration — from Colorado’s mountains and wide-open spaces to national parks and destinations throughout the American West. I’m especially interested in the way a place feels: changing light, unexpected details, dramatic landscapes, and the real moments that happen while experiencing them.
As a photographer and mom traveling with my family, I also bring a perspective that blends destination photography with authentic family adventure. My work documents not only where we go, but what it actually feels like to experience these places together.
From People to Places
Lori Ann Photography began in 2017 with a focus on photographing people and the moments that matter to them. Over the years, that same love of storytelling has expanded beyond portraits and into the places where those stories happen.
Today, my work brings together years of experience photographing genuine human connection with a growing focus on landscape, travel, and destination photography.
Whether I’m photographing a dramatic landscape on its own or my family experiencing a destination together, I’m looking for the same thing I always have: images that feel authentic to the moment and tell a story beyond what a place simply looks like. Images that make you feel.
